3 tips to control your Type 2 Diabetes

Diabetes is a problem associated with the pancreas and NOT with sugar in the blood. There are many risk factors for type 2 diabetes including poor diet, stress, physical inactivity, excess weight, and electromagnetic pollution. It is the lifestyle and ignorance that make people sick with diabetes. Especially the ignorance about the benefits of the herbs and the negative effect of electromagnetic pollution in the body. In this article, I going to focus on the diet and about how important is to maintain the environment clean from electrosmog in the places where we spend most of the time, like the bedroom for example.

1 - Reduce the consumption of fast food, sodas, and meat

The pancreas produces enzymes that are very important for digestion and prioritizes the production of those enzymes over insulin. Then I recommend reducing meat consumption because its digestion requires a lot of effort for your body. It could keep your body busy for many hours and it requires a lot of energy from your pancreas. If you stop eating meat or if you reduce the consumption, your pancreas will recuperate the balance and it will produce the necessary insulin that your body requires. The pancreas works 80% more digesting meat than fruits, vegetables, nuts, or grains for example. If you imagine that meat is essential because you hear it, let me tell you that Spirulina has many more proteins than the meat and all the essential amino acids which are necessary to assimilate the proteins by your body.


Also, it is important for "everyone" to avoid eating canned food, frozen meals, bread, pasta, and sodas. This food has very low nutritional benefits and they will keep your pancreas busy by digesting them, that is a lot of wasted energy for a few pennies (low nutritional benefits). Eating fruits every day will help a lot even if they contain sugar. As I told you before the diabetes is not an issue of sugar on the blood, it is an issue of the pancreas and will benefit your health eating living food, which is fruits and vegetables. If that food is boring for you to go around and find great restaurants with delicious vegetarian dishes, or learn how to mix them with your regular meals like adding raw broccoli to your pizza.

In a 2012 study published in the Indian Journal of Experimental Biology in 2012, tests on rats revealed that treatment with Shatavari helped protect abnormal changes in kidney tissue. In addition, Shatavari significantly decreased cholesterol and blood sugar levels and reduced oxidative stress.


Chlorella


Patients with diabetes or fibromyalgia should consider chlorella, not as a primary treatment, but as part of a program. Chlorella has already proven its benefit in high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Chlorella improves Blood sugar levels, one study found that taking chlorella for 12 weeks lowered fasting blood sugar levels in both healthy individuals and those at high risk of lifestyle-related diseases. It helps as well to keep blood pressure in check, one theory to explain this is that some of Chlorella's nutrients, including arginine, potassium, calcium, and omega-3s, help protect arteries from hardening.
