Insulin resistance causes and natural treatment / 5 tips to control your Type 2 Diabetes

One in three Americans has a silent blood sugar problem known as insulin resistance. Insulin resistance increases the risk for prediabetes, type 2 diabetes and a host of other serious health problems, including heart attacks, strokes and cancer. Insulin resistance damage the body, maintain the cells starved because they are rejecting insulin which is need it for nutrients absorbtion and maintain high sugar levels.

Overexposure of insulin causes insulin resistance and the over consumption of carbs, processed sugars and eating too frequently meals and snacks but it is possible to reverse both insulin resistance and diabetes type 2 by following the tips below that are part of my coaching package "Reduce 10 to 20 years of your body in one year"

What is insulin resistance ?

It is a prediabetic state when the cell blocks insulin when it connects to the cells after been exposed to insulin for long periods. After the cells receive a lot of insulin they turn off the receptor, and they start to block the absorption because high quantities of insulin are not healthy for the cells. Then cells start to starve, lack nutrition and energy because they need insulin for the absorption of nutrients. Then, the sugar is not transformed in energy by the cells and remains in the blood that makes the pancreas creates more insulin. As result, there is in the bloodstream a lot of sugar, a pancreas working in excess, and malnourished cells.

People with insulin resistance have 5 to 7 times more insulin than normal people, and many people have insulin resistance and don't even know it.

Some of the symptoms are feeling tired after eating, not being satisfied after eating, a strong craving for sweets, pale blood pressure, or fluid retention. Insulin is a hormone that regulate blood sugar and in the precense of insulin you will not burn fat and causes to fat to be stored.

If you want to loss weight and it is not possible even if you are eating a few calories per day could be due to insulin resistance and it is even worst to eat a few calories when you are trying to lose weight because you going to reduce the speed of your metabolism, so please joing my challenge where I will guide you to have a lifestyle and a diet that will lead you to achieve the figure you want and excellent health at the same time "naturally".

Now let´s talk about diabetes type 2 and then some advice to reverse both conditions,

What is type 2 diabetes ?

Diabetes type 2 is when your cells become resistant to insulin, which means they cannot absorb the glucose in your bloodstream, so your body needs to produce more and more insulin. It is more a disease related to insulin than glucose.

One of the primary functions of insulin is to lower blood sugar, the insulin goes to every single cell of the body, the immune cells, the blood cells, the fat cells, the muscle cells and it is very anabolic, makes things bigger, this is why people get fat with insulin and it is very toxic in high levels. So the body has to protect itself and it develops insulin resistance. So insulin resistance is a very protective survival mechanism agains the toxic effects of high amounts of insulin.

As your body get resistance the cells blocks it and then the body creates more to reduce the sugar on the blood and now there is even more levels of insulin and this worsen over the time and the pancreas get exausted and starts to fail and you can not keep the blood sugar levels regulated and this creates a lot of oxydation.

If someone prevents high insulin 10 years ago it can prevent type 2 diabetes from happening and it is very important that when you make a test of insulin the level be 5 or less because many people consider safe higher amounts which are not and normally that people ignore how toxic are most of the mainstream products oversaturated with sugar that are even for children. It is the lifestyle and ignorance that make people sick with diabetes.

What is insulin ?

It is a hormone produced by the pancreas and it responds to the sugar arriving into your blood because sugar is toxic for the body that is why the body converts sugar into energy quickly. Insulin is like a key that opens the doors to the cells of the body and let´s the glucose in. Then the glucose can move out of the blood and into the cells.

This hormone is very important because one of their functions is to nourish the cells with nutrients so when your body is resistant to the insulin your cells start to starving and they ask to the pancreas to produce more insulin which triggers a series of disorders in the body.

Now is time to talk about How to reverse the diabetes and the insulin resistance naturally...

1 - Stop the consumption of fast food, sodas, and carbs

Many people consume products that contain high amounts of sugar and this is why the first advice is to stop eating products with processed sugar. On this stage I recommend you that you stop consuming them and then you consume them only once and without mixing them with proteins, this is one of the most valuable advice I share with my clients on my Challenge to loss weight.

What going to happen is that your body going to reduce the production of insulin and will start to burn fat instead of sugar and less insulin going to be produced each time you eat. Sugar is addictive this is why going to be hard to avoid it, but by drinking Apple cider vinegar, a glass of water with 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil, and by eating a lot of fat those cravings will disappear slowly. Yes, fat will help you, and only cook your food with olive oil or coconut oil, olive oil will extend your life because it contains Oleic Acid but does not burn it too much because becomes it rusts and its health benefits disappear.

The pancreas is an organ located in the abdomen that plays an essential role in converting the food we eat into fuel for the body's cells. It also makes insulin. And when you eat a lot of sugar it creates a lot of insulin and your cells become resistant to the insulin and then your pancreas needs to produce more insulin to help them to absorbs nutrients and it can overstress this organ the consumption of high amounts of sugar contained in many products that we never imagine how toxic and addictive are like sodas or sports drinks.

There are products that are mareted as highly nutritios for the children that are infested of sugar and the amount of sugar that should be available in your bloodstream is around one teaspoon while a simple soda of 600ml contains between 10-16 teaspoons of sugar and most of them includes high fructose corn syrup (one of the most common GMO ingredients)

CSE found high levels of toxic pesticides and insecticides, high enough to cause cancer, damage to the nervous and reproductive systems, birth defects and severe disruption of the immune system. Market leaders Coca-Cola and Pepsi had almost similar concentrations of pesticide residues. At the same time CSE also tested two soft drink brands sold in the US, to see if they contained pesticides. They didn’t.

2 - Eat only 2 or 3 meals per day

This is the most important piece of advice in this article because if you eat only 2 or 3 times per day without snacking between those meals you will see a great improvement because each time you eat your body produces insulin. So, you avoid processed sugars and you eat only 2 times per day you will see improvement guaranteed.

Remember that some food transforms into sugar like some bread, biscuits, pasta, pancakes, muffins, popcorn, sports drinks, chips, juice, or alcohol. For example, my snacks are marinated almonds and Goji Berries that are highly nutritious. They so delicious and both have nutrients that really improve your health. Research from 2015 shows that goji berries balance insulin and glucose levels in the blood. The same study linked goji berries to increased HDL levels in people with type 2 diabetes. HDL is known as good cholesterol.

Remember that sugar in fruits are welcome a good example are Goji Berries that contain sugar but they help to regulate insulin and glucose levels in the blood. Many fruits contain fiber which is important and potassium which is an electrolyte that your body needs in very high quantities, which is 4700 mg per day and there are not supplements that you can take with potassium, well there are some but the maximum they contain 220 mg. Fruits and vegetables contain high amounts of potassium which is a very important element to maintain your cells functioning perfectly every day.

3 - Take the next herbs everyday

If you are taking drugs to control the sugar I recommend you to change these drugs for the next supplements. Remember that I am not a doctor but the doctor of my dad made him spend thousands of dollars each month on drugs that never cured him, they just make up the symptoms until I said to my dad with natural herbs will reverse its problem. Now his diabetes is complete reversed but still has high pressure and problems with the liver due to smoking and drinking alcohol but his condition greatly improveed with only herbs.

I recommend you taking these herbs instead of drugs because is not possible to mix both, you need to take one of the other but it is possible to mix all the herbs below without problem but it can be dangerous to mix herbs below with medicine. In the case of diabetes control, Ashwagandha works by influencing the body’s production of insulin and insulin sensitivity. It stimulates the secretion of insulin in the bloodstream thus improving the breakdown of sugars in the blood. This ensures that less harmful sugars are being stored in your body. Thus the blood sugar levels remain low when you consume Ashwagandha extracts overtime.

Taking organic Ashwagandha supplementation influences the overall metabolism of your body for better enabling removal of waste and all-round health. It has been especially effective for people suffering from Type 2 diabetes. It is also an aphrodisiac, can help slow down aging and cure insomnia.


It is a specie of asparagus plant that has been used for many centuries in Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Results of a study from 2007 suggest that Shatavari may help to maintain blood sugar levels. Some researchers believe that the herb may benefit people with type 2 diabetes.

Patients with diabetes or fibromyalgia should consider chlorella, not as a primary treatment, but as part of a program. Chlorella has already proven its benefit in high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Chlorella improves Blood sugar levels, one study found that taking chlorella for 12 weeks lowered fasting blood sugar levels in both healthy individuals and those at high risk of lifestyle-related diseases.

It helps as well to keep blood pressure in check, one theory to explain this is that some of Chlorella's nutrients, including arginine, potassium, calcium, and omega-3s, help protect arteries from hardening. Several studies have shown that taking 5–10 grams of Chlorella daily lowered total and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides in people with high blood pressure and/or slightly elevated cholesterol.

4 - Clean the electromagnetic pollution

Transient electromagnetic fields (dirty electricity), in the kilohertz range on electrical wiring, may be contributing to elevated blood sugar levels among diabetics and pre-diabetics. By closely following plasma glucose levels in four Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics, we find that they responded directly to the amount of dirty electricity in their environment accoridng to National Library of Medicine.

In an electromagnetically clean environment, Type 1 diabetics require less insulin and Type 2 diabetics have lower levels of plasma glucose. Dirty electricity, generated by electronic equipment and wireless devices, is ubiquitous in the environment. Exercise on a treadmill, which produces dirty electricity, increases plasma glucose. These findings may explain why brittle diabetics have difficulty regulating blood sugar.

Because Environmental exposures to artificial EMFs can interact with fundamental biological processes in the human body, it is important to create a healthy environment in the areas where we spend most of our time as the bedroom where we sleep or office and by introducing plants we can mitigate the effects. 5 - Reduce Stress and Sleep 8 hours

This is very important as avoiding carbs and processed sugar to improve your condition. If you think that is ok sleeping less hours just do it until your insulin resistance is improved as well as stoping eating carbs and processed sugar. Then take them in only one meal and sleep well because if you do not sleep enough your Cortisol levels are high as well as when you are stressed and elevated cortisol over the long term consistently produces glucose, leading to increased blood sugar levels.

Meditation and Yoga are well known to be a great antidote to stress. Yoga can help reduce stress because it promotes relaxation, which is the natural opposite of stress. Yoga can benefit three aspects of ourselves that are often affected by stress: our body, mind, and breathing. Yoga poses are good exercise and can help loosen up the tense muscles in your body. The areas of the body that tend to carry the most stress are the neck, shoulders, and back.The key to getting the best out of each pose is to focus not only on your body, but also on your mind and breathing.
