For obese people or people with dark skin coloration, the best dose is 10,000 I.U. and people can improve arthritis, inflammation or autoimmune diseases with a daily dose of 15,000 or 20,000 IU. Other supplements that I highly recommend to consume is Magnesium and Zink but avoid them oxide. These 2 elements are vital for the utilization of other compounds like vitamin D. On the other hand enzymes also help, this is why I do not recommend to cook and even vaporize vegetables because those processes destroy the enzymes and less nutrients can be assimilated by the body. So the best is consuming them raw to keep in them the enzymes.

By doing so you will provide to your body enough potassium, calcium, vitamin A, E and other powerful nutrients. As result you will fix any deficiency and detox your body as well. For better results consume supplements like probiotics, spirulina, chlorella or turmeric and eat eggs, nutritional yeast and salmon often.
