It is very important to feel energetic every single day for achieving anything in life but the energy of a coffee is enough for feeling energetic during the whole day. For example, working out is very easy after meditation and much easier after meditation and some energy boost drink. After a coffee I feel ready to carry hard weight otherwise it is very hard for me and I do not enjoy it and probably I can lose motivation. Having energy is important for any area of your life, even your health depends on the vitality of your cells. So, I decided to research on the internet the best way to boost 10X mental and physical performance, and the next it a summary of information I gathered online. I'm pretty sure the following 10 tips will help not only to have high energy levels but also to maintaining youth and beauty naturally...

1 - Sleep in a healthy environment

Sleeping is a spiritual practice even if it is hard to believe. During the night when we are dreaming our body is attracting the light of the cosmos as it happens during the meditation and this light heals the body and rejuvenates it. The Spirit that is just an area of the whole body is nourished with light during sleep. It is very important to sleep enough time (approximately 8 hours) in a healthy environment to maintain good health and to live longer.


The best environment for your bedroom to wake up revitalized and energetic should be one with enough clean oxygen and vital energy. It will help you to maintain youth and healthy as well and for creating this wonderful atmosphere in your bedroom introduce plants there. They are strategic because they will clean the air, reduce the negative impact of electromagnetic pollution and they produce oxygen. These 3 factors are strategic during sleep when your body heals and rejuvenates. Another thing that I recommend is to introduce a Chi generator to maintain the place with a continuous flow of clean vital energy as it is in the forest where people feel positive and revitalized. The body attracts and spells the vital energy each second and for our cells is very important to be surrounded by this clean energy. This will make you wake up positive and revitalized. A cold shower is like a coffee for me, it is how I get energy in the morning. It has the same impact and even better because it helps the body to maintain youth and to lose weight as well. Listening some music during the shower could help tune in to the right mood, the music should be light-hearted and lively. I often introduce my phone in the bathroom and I play some music on it. But the strategic thing is to use totally cold water to the maximum throughout the shower and not only at the end or to put the water a little cold. Otherwise it doesn't help energize the body and mind.

These are spiritual practices, which means they are activities that help to gather a lot of light into the Spirit which makes our field of light around the physical body expand and shine.

Reiki

Reiki is a technique that helps the body's energy flow and removes blockages similar to acupuncture or acupressure but the difference is that everyone can perform Reiki by channeling the Life force that flows around the body, here is a good on-line course where you can learn how to ‘transfer’ the energy of Reiki to you, family, friends and pets. Reiki promotes healing and health.


Our physical body is alive because of the 'life force energy' that is flowing though it. If our 'life force' is low or blocked, we are more likely to get sick, but if it is high and free flowing, we more easily maintain health and a feeling of well-being. One thing that disrupts and weakens the flow of 'life force energy' is stress. Stress is often caused by conflicting thoughts and feelings that get lodged in one's subtle energy system. These include fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, etc.

Reiki is alleged to aid relaxation, assist in the body’s natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Conditions that Reiki has been used to help treat include:

Qigong’s gentle movements help to move blood and oxygen around the body, nourishing the organs and tissues promoting healing.  In addition, due to the connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements, Qigong helps to calm the mind, relieving emotional stress and mental anxiety.


Tai  Chi

Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in China and remains today the most common form of exercise for adults in that country. In addition to the much-researched benefits for reduced mortality from moderate-intensity exercise, such as you get from regular walking and jogging, researchers found the first evidence that tai chi also promotes longevity.

Tai Chi has proven to be an exercise with significant benefits in the areas of balance, upper- and lower-body muscular strength and endurance, and upper- and lower-body flexibility, particularly in older adults. In one such study, people in their 60s and 70s practiced Tai Chi three times a week for 12 weeks. They also undertook a myriad of physical fitness tests to measure balance, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility before and after the 12 weeks. After just six weeks, statistically significant improvements were observed in balance, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility measures. Improvements in each of these areas increased further after 12 weeks. Research has also suggested it could help to improve how well you feel physically and mentally.

The next teas will make you feel energetic and mentally focus but they contain caffeine this is why I recommend you to drink them before noon because later could have a negative impact of your sleeping process. They can be the perfect morning energy boosters. Please keep in mind that it is important to you buy them as plants and not in the classic small bags to introduce in the cup because most of these products have low-quality herbs and the benefits are greatly reduced. 8 - Do physical exercise every day

This step is very important because the only way to feel energetic and young is to maintain a daily physical routine. Our bodies are made for movement, without it, our energy is reduced, and the body deteriorates. The tips before will help you to feel energetic to do any physical activity and later when you do it for weeks and even months you will feel much better and more energetic. Exercise is strategic for feeling happiness as well. One of my favorite books is the 10 secrets of abundant happiness wrote by Adam J. Jackson. When I read that book I was not so happy and one of the secrets is practicing exercise, then I started to ride my bike very fast in a park every day and then I felt much better.


Also practicing sports reduces stress, increases confidence, improves mental health, generates strength, and helps to sleep much better. 9 - Keep your mind in a few important things

If you wake up and see the news your mind going to be distracted during your morning by thoughts produced by this external influence that will dry your energy. It is very important that you start the morning without stimulation, no cellphone Tv or internet. A good routine is perfect to connect with the goals of your day. Otherwise, external information will create a mental pattern that can distract you and make you feel tired because it consumes your energy. Each time you think you use your energy. In this way is very important to avoid the media that make you think not important thoughts and produces negative feelings as angry hatred or fear and if you are enough wise you can observe that the media is full of rubbish information of what most of the idiot people in the world are spending their time.


Also, some people could dry your energy with their negativity, so it is important to choose the right friends. Sometimes you feel good with some people because you think they are rational and they talk about reality as conspiracy theories that mainstream tries to hide but if those topics make you feel sad, hopeless or hatred they are stealing your energy and weaken you, be aware of that. Negative emotions create a black fog in the Spirit and people with a dark spirit have no energy and they can even die. It is very important to maintain the Spirit hugely and bright, otherwise any disease will appear and life is extinguished no matter what reason the conventional doctor gives the patient, the root of the problem is an unhealthy spirit and the symptoms are the disease.



10 - Cultivate the Life force by making love


I wrote the book The Most Powerful Meditation in which I am talking about how strategic it is to make love to introduce large amounts of Life force in the Spirit. Something surprising happens when we are inside our partner, large amounts of Life force are generated and gathered around the couple to give it to the baby, well we make love to conceive babies right ? The act of procreation is a very energetic exercise and all this energy that is created for the baby could be stored in the body by avoiding the orgasm. This is the most important practice for Kabbalists and single people cannot accumulate those amounts of energy because only when the couple is one, a huge container is created and there the light can be stored, something that never happens when someone is alone. Having sex without reaching ejaculation will make you feel energetic and this light will keep your body young and healthy. If you are a woman you can reach the orgasm, just man should not, but if your partner reach it he will dry your energy, this is the tricky part. When you are having sex with someone you become one energetically, and if the man lost the life force by ejaculating the spirit of both will lost light.


If you have sex with a person of the same sex, there is not container and huge amounts of light can not be stored. It is not having sex that will give you energy, It is the act of procreation what creates this larges amounts of light that can be stored in the body. Then having sex with a person of the same gender will create energetic waste as well as masturbating even if you do not have an orgasm, this is because the fluids contain vital energy that is released out the body, but it is in the semen where high amounts of Life force are accumulated and this is why it is the best to keep it inside of you.
