What is the spirit ?

The spirit is the invisible part of the body, it is a field of light around each person and it is the emotions, the mind, and holograms of light. Some people can see it as Barbara Brennan. That area grows considerably with spiritual training and the colors change when the vibration increases due to daily and constant practice. A person can literally be a diamond from another perspective after storing the light in the spirit for years.

Some people by ignorance confuse an intellectual practice with the spiritual. For example, studying the Bible, Buddhism, Kabbalah, about the Chakras or even the Mystical art is not a spiritual practice, it is an intellectual activity. The cultivation of light in the spirit is the only thing that makes the spirit widen, strengthen and shine.

Barbara Brennan said that before any disease appears in the physical body it is visible in the spirit as a dark fog, from those obscure spots normally the light is leaking from the body. She has the ability to see the spirit of the people and the information stored there.

Main parts of the human spirit

According to Shelley Kaehr the author of the book Edgar Cayce’s Sacred Stones, there are three main areas of energy within all of us. Actually, there is just one big energy field of light around the physical body, but there are three layers which are the next...

1- The Etheric energy layer. This is the field that resides closest to your physical body and is most intricately tied to your health and well-being. If you are blocked here, it will result in an actual, physical illness.

2- The mental or emotional body, which is six inches away from the body. This is where our memories and emotions are stored. When we do not adequately express our emotions, this area is affected. 

3- The causal or spiritual body is about a foot away from your physical body and extends to infinity. Shelley Kaehr believes that all of our challenges in life begin here. Some challenges derive from karma that we incarnated here to work on, and some challenges are new lessons that we have decided to take on after our birth.

In order to improve the strength and appearance of the spirit is necessary to cultivate the energies around, inside the body. By taking care of the spirit, the health is improved and the lifestyle as well. A healthy spirit brings a lot of creativity, good ideas and smart solutions to any problem because the mind is part of the spirit and operates with a higher potential when the spirit is bright and huge, when it is illuminated.

By harvesting the cosmic energy in the body, the spirit is filled with light and the darkness is diluted. Later, the defects disappear even if the person made no effort to eliminate them. Many people make too much effort to be good people and end up creating 2 personalities because the only way to become a Saint is by cultivating the light within the spirit.

We are living in a Universe where everything is vibrating and it is strategic to vibrate higher, my friend and the are 10 ways to raise your vibration which are described in this article that I highly recommend you to read, those activities will increase your vibrations considerably to attract a lot of good events in your life.

The cultivation of light in the body is what a true spiritual practice is and the most popular exercise is meditation. There are 2 types of meditations, the “superficial” and “the cultivation of the light in the spirit”. The second one is important because after a person cultivates enough light, the spirit gets bigger, strong and brilliant. Then, the emotions have an incredible change, the drama, depression, and fears are dissolved naturally without effort. They are just black spots in the spirit where the energy is leaking and those going to dissolve when enough light is introduced.

Meditation training is the easiest way to cultivate light because you don't need to do anything, just sit with your eyes closed and enjoy the journey. I divided the meditation exercises into two types, “the superficial” and “the cultivation of the cosmic energies”, Sex is part of the second one, the one that I consider the real meditation due to the great impact it has on the broadening of the spirit. With the second method, the spirit gets bigger as the muscles grow when we work out them with the right exercises.

A person becomes peaceful, happy and wise naturally when the spirit is enough big and bright after the training for years. In this stage no one needs to do any effort to be a good person, they naturally are. Most people have a small field of light around them.

Who exercises the spirit can make it grow so much that it could become 80% of the body being the physical part only 20% or even less. In other words, this field of light could reach meters around the person. They become more light than physical matter while most of the people have a body that is approximately 70% organic matter and only 30% light.

People with a big spirit are in an upper dimension, their bodies vibrate faster because they are more light than solid matter. Let me explain, everything is energy, everything visible is only energy that vibrates slowly, consequently, if the invisible area of the body is wider than the physical part, the whole body becomes more vibrant in its entirety.

The body of light is invisible for almost everyone because vibrates quite fast; when a person achieves a high vibration life becomes very interesting. This state empowers the person tremendously and by having sex, the spirit is strengthened and greatly expanded. Sounds good right ? But be aware that sex could be also the shortest shortcut to get to hell as well !

Flagship Meditation Training

Examples of superficial meditations are breathing exercises or anything else you do with open eyes as techniques used to learn to appreciate the present time or relax incredibly.

Cause we sit for long periods at school and work, we change our breathing in a very negative way and there are some instructors teaching society such basic things as breathing properly or how to dive into the present time with joy, but this is not real meditation. What happens is that since we are children, we stop appreciating the present time because we are forced to be in a place where we do not want to be for long hours to learn things that do not interest us. This makes us hate the present time because we do not enjoy it, we only want to be in the future, outside the school or outside the workplace.

This old tradition completely destroys the freedom and imagination; the most powerful weapons a person has to create a great life. Consequently, a few people call “meditation” to simple exercises that allow us to recuperate the love we lost for the present time. To me, those are not meditations but let´s call them “superficial meditation” to be friendly.

If you want to grow your muscles you will never achieve it just by walking right ?

A walk is what the superficial meditation is for the spirit, an activity that does not expand it, perhaps allows it to not contract even more but does not make it broaden. If you want that your muscles grow up you need heavy weights, right ? Only by cultivating the energies into the spirit through sex or meditation with closed eyes, you will make your spirit enlarge. When it reaches sufficient size, the mind will operate in a very powerful and unimaginable way.
