The dose of this supplement is 50mg and they suggest a dose of 200 mg in the morning and 200 mg at night, but I recommend you only take it once in the morning or afternoon if you work out during the night but the best is to incorporate in your diet the foods that contain it. But if you want to consume it to prevent some diseases take 400 mg a day.
