1 - Place your bed in the right location

Locating your bed in a position that your head is in the north and your feet to the south when you lay in will help to sleep. When I read about it, I applied it and it worked successfully, with this technique it is easier to fall asleep faster. This is not Feng Shui, in Feng Shui the advice is to place your bed in such a way that when you're lying in bed is possible to see the entrance of the bedroom. This only reduces stress, but my advice will help you sleep.


What I also recommend is to sleep on a weighted blanket to relax deeply. Somehow normal sheets cause certain stress for those who cannot sleep, I know is something weird but it happened to me and I solved it with a comfy blanket.
