With the right natural supplementation, cells can keep the body in excellent condition, and youth can be prolonged if people work on that since their middle 30s, which is the age when important bodily functions begin to decline. During this age is strategic to focus on keeping the body as it is as long as possible which is not only beneficial for the appearance but also for overall health and physical, mental and spiritual performance.

I do not recommend supplements as a holistic coach, I recommend herbal extracts or certain compounds that can be found in supplementation. Very often I talk with my mom about some herbal extract and she thinks I am talking about a product. The nutrients from plants scientists study in humans and animals to find out which compounds can help in certain areas of the body and know the best doses so that professionals can recommend them based on strong evidence, however many herbs have been used for thousands of years.
Does taking supplements really do anything?
It all depends on the type of compound found in the product. There are many mainstream brands that have products with synthetic nutrients that your body does not assimilate and the little percentage absorbed is by a very exhausting process.
