“Your beauty is not random. It’s a reflection of your hormones, your gene expression, and what you introduce into your body.”
Your beauty is completely linked to your hormones and gene expression, and most products available has a very negative impact on both of them—and until today, no one is talking seriously about that. Regular consumption can affect your body shape, hair health, skin, the size of your belly, and in some cases, even distort your natural body structure.
Many believe that how their bodies look is just the result of how they are, but whatever you introduce into the body can influence the shape. Most negative conditions—including changes that make you unattractive like loss of eyebrows, woman facial hair, baldness, even the size of certain parts and shape—are the result of what is introduced into the body.
Most people can look much better if their bodies are not modified by whatever they are introducing within including medications, and next I'm going to talk about the worst ingredients for your beauty. It is important to read the ingredients of the products you use to avoid toxins that make you ugly and even stupid like fluoride, to be brutally honest 😅
🌿Your Body Is Always Renewing
Every part of the body completely renews itself over time. I’m talking about a completely new body every decade, and your shape could be greatly improved in that process. Your skin renews every 27 days, your liver replaces itself every 6 months, and every 7 to 10 years, you essentially have a whole new body — built from what you eat, drink, breathe, and absorb.
This means your appearance is not fixed, and your beauty is modifiable!
But here’s the problem: most people don’t realize that whatever toxins they introduce into their body — including the 7,000 chemicals found in cigarettes — influence body shape, structure, and how well-preserved it looks. If you see someone over 40 looking much older, that person likely has a deteriorated body. Looking younger isn’t about appearing youthful, it’s a reflection of a body that has been well-preserved and protected over time.
💊 The Silent Enemies of Your Beauty
We live in a world where almost everything we put in our bodies — from “health” supplements to daily meals — contains hidden toxic ingredients. These aren’t just harmless additives. They disrupt hormones, alter your gene expression, and contribute to premature aging, baldness, loss of eyebrows, facial deformities, and even mental fog.
When I discuss the negative impact of fluoride on certain groups, many say, "I don’t drink tap water." The problem is that you never know which water is used to produce the beverages you drink—including commercial products or those served in a café. The same applies to soups and foods from restaurants. Fluoride make you unattractive and cognitively impaired.
Sorry, but I need to use these words because it's important that you're aware of this—many types of water contain it in harmful amounts. I've even seen products for babies with fluoride. The same applies to maltodextrin, which is increasingly found in many products in Germany that absolutely do not need this additive.
Listen carefully: there is no valid reason for a product to contain this toxin, which is not even considered a food. Yet it's found in supplements, beverages, and processed foods. Maltodextrin delays the body's rejuvenation processes, which I discuss in my upcoming book. These processes are crucial for keeping the body youthful, healthy, and long-living.
On the other hand, maltodextrin is even worse than sugar. It's something that should never be consumed by individuals with obesity, type 2 diabetes, dementia, or any other age-related disease. And yet it’s hidden in many products where it's completely unnecessary.
There are many beautiful souls struggling with changes in their bodies—such as those dealing with obesity—who believe that going to the gym or adopting a healthy lifestyle alone will solve their problems. Unfortunately, the reality is more complex.
Even foods commonly considered healthy, like fruits and vegetables, are often contaminated with pesticides. Supplements, which are marketed as health boosters, may contain synthetic vitamins, lab-made minerals, or harmful additives like maltodextrin. These substances are sometimes hidden in products labeled as "healthy alternatives" or "zero sugar" options.
Many of these products also contain ingredients like carrageenan, which not only have questionable health effects but may also contribute to inflammation, bloating, and other issues that can affect your appearance and well-being. In truth, many of these so-called health products may be doing more harm than good.
So it is important for you to understand that wathever you introduce in the body influence their shape and wathever you see in the mirror today could be greatly improved by introducing in your body only those products that do not cause hormonal imbalances, yes insulin is an hormone and the insulin spike promote by maltodextrin disrupts the entire hormonal ecosystem, including cortisol, leptin, ghrelin, sex hormones, and growth hormone.
Over time, this can promote weight gain, premature aging, fatigue, and chronic disease.
🚫 Ingredients That Destroy Beauty and Health
Most people are unaware that many everyday ingredients can significantly alter the body—from the way it looks to how it functions. It wasn’t until just a few years ago, during a trip to the supermarket with my friend Ulrike in Berlin, that I began carefully reading the ingredient lists on the products I consumed. I was shocked to discover how many items—even those marketed as “healthy”—contained harmful substances like maltodextrin.
What’s worse is that we often consume products, like street-bought ice cream, without ever seeing the ingredient list. One experience that stayed with me happened where I attended an Entrepreneur event. There, I came across the most unhealthy ice cream I had ever seen.
While ice cream itself is already a food that promotes premature aging due to its sugar, but this particular one was loaded with many toxic additives like maltodextrin, carrageenan, dextrose, and other processed compounds well known to fuel hormonal disruption.
That moment made me think deeply about how many foods we eat at restaurants, cafés, or from street vendors without having any idea what’s really in them. These products don’t list their ingredients, leaving us blind to the substances we’re putting into our bodies daily.
So please, take a look at the following list with a few of the commonly used ingredients and compounds in products that may accelerate aging, disrupt hormonal balance, and compromise both your physical appearance and your health, freedom and happiness:
Maltodextrin
Found in: Supplements, protein powders, processed foods, and even “healthy” snacks.
Why it’s harmful: Causes rapid blood sugar spikes, increases insulin resistance, damages the gut lining, and fuels chronic inflammation—key drivers of premature aging, weight gain, cellulite, and dull skin.
Seed Oils (Canola, Sunflower, Soybean)
Found in: Salad dressings, baked goods, chips, fast food.
Why they’re harmful: Rich in unstable omega-6 fats that oxidize easily, leading to systemic inflammation, which breaks down collagen, promotes fat accumulation, and accelerates skin aging.
Carrageenan
Found in: Plant-based milks, deli meats, dairy alternatives.
Why it’s harmful: Triggers gut inflammation, bloating, and intestinal permeability—disrupting nutrient absorption and damaging skin and immune health.
Aspartame & Artificial Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K)
Found in: “Diet” beverages, protein bars, sugar-free gums.
Why they’re harmful: Alter gut microbiota, impair appetite control, promote insulin resistance, and may be neurotoxic. Can lead to fatigue, cellulite, mood swings, and hormonal imbalances that show up on the skin and in energy levels.
Fluoride
Found in: Tap water, toothpaste, certain teas, infant formula.
Why it’s harmful: Linked to thyroid suppression, iodine deficiency, hair loss, slowed metabolism, obesity, and reduced cognitive function—contributing to dull appearance and premature aging.
Synthetic Vitamins & Minerals
Found in: Most conventional multivitamins and fortified processed foods.
Why they’re harmful: Often poorly absorbed, made from industrial by-products or GMOs, and filled with additives like maltodextrin. Instead of supporting health, they can stress the body and offer minimal benefit.
GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms)
Found in: Corn, soy, canola, wheat, and foods containing them (cereal, snacks, processed meats, and dairy).
Why they’re harmful: Commonly paired with glyphosate (a probable carcinogen), GMOs may disrupt gut health, hormonal balance, and detox pathways. Long-term consumption is linked to chronic disease and inflammation, which reflects in skin quality, energy, and body composition.
High-Sugar Products & Corn Syrup
Found in: Sodas, sweetened snacks, baked goods, sauces, and condiments.
Why they’re harmful: High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and added sugars spike insulin, accelerate glycation (which damages collagen), promote fat gain—especially visceral fat—and contribute to acne, cellulite, inflammation, obesity, and chronic disease. Sugar is one of the fastest ways to age your body and skin.
Phosphoric Acid (in Sodas like Coca-Cola)
Found in: Most colas and dark sodas.
Why it’s harmful: Binds to calcium, weakening bones and teeth, disrupting mineral balance, and promoting osteoporosis and premature aging of the skeletal system. Please keep in mind that unwanted changes in the skin can be result of internal bone deterioration.
Margarine
Found in: Baked goods, pastries, processed spreads, fast food, and many “low-fat” or “vegan” butter alternatives.
Why it’s harmful:
- Often made from refined seed oils (like canola, soybean, or corn), which are high in unstable omega-6 fatty acids.
- May contain trans fats or interesterified fats—even if labeled “trans fat-free.” These damage cell membranes and increase the risk of heart disease and inflammation.
- Promotes poor skin quality, hormonal imbalance, and fat storage in unwanted areas.
- Alters cholesterol profiles, increasing bad LDL and lowering protective HDL, further accelerating aging internally and externally.
- Linked to impaired brain function, skin dullness, and metabolic disorders.
Medications That Disrupt Hormones and Nutrients
Found in: Common pharmaceutical drugs, including hormone therapy, antidepressants, statins, steroids, and mRNA-based products.
Examples:
Birth control pills – Deplete B vitamins, zinc, and magnesium; disrupt hormone cycles.
Antidepressants (SSRIs) – May suppress thyroid and sex hormone production.
Statins – Lower cholesterol but may impair hormone synthesis and CoQ10 levels.
Steroids (Prednisone) – Suppress adrenal function, accelerate muscle wasting, and weaken bones.
mRNA drugs – Raise questions about long-term immune, metabolic, and hormonal effects.
Why they’re harmful: Many medications alter hormone levels, deplete essential nutrients, damage mitochondria, and accelerate biological aging if not properly managed or supported with nutrition and detoxification.
🧬 Hormones: The True Architects of Beauty
If you don’t feel good about how you look, chances are you’re experiencing the hidden effects of harmful substances. Often, we can’t pinpoint the exact cause — we just feel unattractive and assume this is how we are. But in reality, physical apperance is result of hormons and gene expression, often triggered incorrectly by the things we consume.
Every product we enjoy — from food to skincare — can be made in a healthy and even healing way. It’s not about avoiding everything. It’s about building a more conscious society that demands better products — ones that empower and nourish instead of harm.
👁 I’ve noticed more and more children wearing glasses, which is often the result of generational junk consumption. Confidence is essential for success and well-being, and it was completely crushed in my teenage years due to acne caused by toxic foods and drinks.
Nobody warned me. Instead, I was offered shallow solutions. Appearance can dramatically improve by minimizing exposure to pollutants. And if you slip up — or live in a toxic environment — you can support your body in healing. Practices like sauna sessions, infrared light therapy, bioresonance, eating leafy greens, intermittent fasting, and even proteolytic enzymes before a toxic meal can all help detoxify and rebalance the body.
Doctors blame lifestyle choices but rarely explain what a truly supportive lifestyle looks like.
In reality, there is so much we can do to live longer, feel better, and look younger — and that’s what my upcoming book is all about. This book has information you won’t hear from popular experts. It reveals how to activate your body’s natural rejuvenation, through fasting, strategic nutrition, smart supplementation, and collaboration with your inner life.
I used to hate how I looked every time I shaved. For a few days afterward, I felt off. But when my beard grew too long, I didn’t feel good either. That doesn’t happen anymore. There was an incredible change, I look the same but I like myself after shaving, this is not result of having cofidence my shape in some way is different even if its hard to recognize due to I see my self in a mirror every single day. This is why I know my book can support your beauty.
The change came not from a new skincare product, but from real internal transformation: detox, proper nutrition, hormone balance, and daily habits that promote vitality.
🔥 My upcoming book covers all of this in depth. I invite you to subscribe to my newsletter to be notified when it’s released. I’m currently taking a short break to give it one final review with a fresh mind at the end of summer, and then it will be ready.
This book is more than just a guide to living longer looking younger and more beautiful. It’s something that should be taught in every school of the world — a foundation for anyone who wants to protect their body, mind, happiness, freedom and long-term well-being.
