More Than Berlin’s Population: 4.5 Million Elderly in Germany Are Care-Dependent and Unable to Live Independently. How to Avoid Becoming One of Them.

I invite you to sit down for two hours without moving, and please call someone if you need to be carried to the bathroom—but don’t move! Because this could be your destiny if you ignore this document. It is the future of those who ignore the fact that the most commonly consumed products are destroying their bodies.


The grandma of my best friend in Templin needs to scream when she needs help to walk a 3-minute distance to the bathroom. Her life is only about stay sit in a chair, bed, sofa or whatever someone else decides to place her on. This is not only about not moving, my friend; it is about eating what others decide, being where someone else puts you. With respect, a nightmare many people are living, which can be preventable and with ease.


There are no curses with disease, there is always a cause. The habits of people and mostly what they introduce into their bodies are destroying them, and not only that. Most consumed products also make them unattractive. They deform the body template, as result there is really a lot of people with unattractive features in the streets. They are not like that; what they are introducing into their bodies is modifying them, making them ugly (in a friendly way).

Premature aging, baldness in men, eyebrow loss in women, cellulite, obesity, stretch marks, frailty, loss of sight, acne, warts, and most chronic conditions are not random occurrences. They are the result of what people continuously introduce into their bodies—products that disrupt hormonal balance, express the wrong genes, and even damage DNA.


While pseudo-experts attribute these conditions exclusively to genetics, this explanation is incomplete. Genes do not operate in isolation. They are regulated by environmental inputs, nutrition, toxins, stress, and lifestyle factors. What people consume can activate harmful pathways, silence protective genes, and damage the body’s regulatory systems.


Even many so-called “rare genetic diseases” often result from accumulated DNA damage and imbalances in the body over time result of life style choices.


The body has DNA repair systems that fix everyday damage caused by metabolism, introduced toxins, and other stressors. However, when harmful products, poor lifestyle choices, or environmental exposures occur too frequently, they can create more damage than these repair systems can handle, and it accumulates. As a result, mutations may build up in cells, contributing to aging, chronic disease, and other health problems.


These effects vary between individuals, depending on genetic background and overall health. In some cases, epigenetic changes—chemical modifications that affect gene expression—can occur in the parents’ germ cells (sperm or eggs) and be passed to their children, potentially influencing certain traits or susceptibilities in the next generation.


In modern societies, the most commonly consumed products are among the most harmful to the body’s internal ecosystem. These substances overload detoxification systems, disturb endocrine signaling, impair cellular communication, and accelerate degeneration.


The reason too many people living in Germany experience severe physical decline is a lack of understanding about how to preserve their bodies. It is not only about avoiding the products listed below, but also about maintaining a nutritious diet and activating the rejuvenating processes of the body. These processes clean, heal, and repair, and they do not function optimally when a person eats constantly.


The human body is designed for the person to live independently, and vitality until the end.


But there are products that create severe damage, which is repairable but only when a person activates the rejuvenating processes of the body, something most people ignore.

The 12 reasons why the body ages according to the scientific community


Aging is the deterioration of the body, as everything in the Universe deteriorates before disappearing. I will enumerate next these reasons, and then I am going to show you the top 10 harmful products for the human body.


The top 1 is the product that affects the greatest number of aging hallmarks, impacting multiple critical areas of the body. Most people in Germany consume all of these products very often and for decades. This is not intended as criticism, but as a supportive article for this remarkable country, full of amazing people with big hearts.


Long-term consumption can damage the body to the point where it becomes severely impaired, and individuals may lose the ability to live independently. During childhood, the body can manage DNA damage because repair systems such as PARPs and sirtuins, which help regulate gene expression, operate more efficiently. However, after the age of 30, the efficiency of these systems and the production of essential raw materials gradually decline.


Consuming those products becomes even more impactful on health after the 40s.


As a biohacker who has already reversed my biological age by 10 years, I discovered something that is rarely discussed. As a result of stopping the consumption of many products, I observed a clear improvement in my appearance. I was very different from how I am today, with the same body template but developed in an unusual way.


This appears to happen because many commonly consumed products, by unbalancing hormones and influencing gene expression, negatively affect physical development and overall health. The growth and structure of the body are guided by genes and hormones.


When these systems are disrupted by introducing certain products into the body’s internal ecosystem, development and maintenance can be altered in unfavorable ways.


Many people believe that their appearance is determined purely by destiny or genetics, while scientific evidence shows that some foods, beverages, and other commonly consumed products can modify biological regulation, impair the organism, and in some cases contribute to cognitive conditions and even mood disorders.


Any person who knows how to preserve their body can live with independence, vitality, beauty, and experience minimal illness into the entire life. Next, I will discuss the most commonly consumed products that are harming society. Their requent consumption can impair bodily functions to the point where the body no longer operates optimally.


To understand why they are harmful, it is helpful to first explore the 12 hallmarks of aging, which the scientific community identifies as the primary mechanisms behind the gradual deterioration of the body. After that, I will present the top 10 products that cause the most damage to the body’s internal ecosystem...

The 12 Hallmarks of Aging


1. Genomic instability – DNA gets damaged over time.

2. Telomere attrition – The tips of chromosomes (telomeres) get shorter.

3. Epigenetic alterations – Changes in gene control happen, making cells work less well.

4. Loss of proteostasis – Proteins in cells fold or work incorrectly.

5. Deregulated nutrient sensing – Cells don’t sense or use energy properly.

6. Mitochondrial dysfunction – The cell’s power plants (mitochondria) work less efficiently.

7. Cellular senescence – Old cells stop working but don’t die, causing problems.

8. Stem cell exhaustion – Stem cells can’t repair tissues like they used to.

9. Altered intercellular communication – Cells send signals badly, leading to inflammation.

10. Chronic inflammation – Long-term low-level inflammation damages the body.

11. Loss of proteome balance – Cell proteins are not made or removed correctly. (Sometimes included separately from proteostasis.)

12. Dysregulated autophagy – Cells can’t clean out damaged parts properly.

Note: Chronic use of certain medications (e.g., corticosteroids, some antipsychotics, long-term chemotherapy) accelerate aging by affecting mitochondrial function, senescence, nutrient sensing, stem cells, and epigenetic regulation, sometimes very strongly.


Frequent exposure to these “aging-accelerating” products contributes to the hallmarks of aging (like DNA damage, inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and senescence), which in turn increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and chronic respiratory/metabolic disorders, the top causes of premature death in Germany.

They regular consumption of these products is not only the cause of more than 5 million people in Germany are unable to live independently, but their ignorance about the nutrients their bodies need. This is very clear to me because I live in Rostock, where there are fewer than three restaurants that offer truly nutritious meals free from harmful ingredients such as table salt, seed oils, fluoridated water, margarine, among others.


I know many people who do not eat outside often alleging that is unhealthy, yet they still cook with the same harmful ingredients like non-organic dairy, seed oils, margarine, and products with maltodextrin. I have even seen, in a bio store, water marketed for babies with 0.7 mg/L of fluoride, which has been linked in studies to slightly lower IQ scores later in childhood when exposure is high during pregnancy or infancy.


This is why some U.S. states and communities have recently banned the addition of fluoride to public drinking water. What Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is doing in the United States is amazing. Excessive consumption of products containing fluoride and bromide may cause iodine deficiency, and as a result, a person can develop obesity, baldness in men, loss of eyebrows in women, and even warts, which can be easily removed with this product from my store.


Iodine deficiency is particularly delicate because it can result in prostate and breast cancer. In such cases, iodine in dosages of 20 to 25 mg is said to heal these cancers.


Many people have no idea about the nutrients their body needs and they imagine that nutrients are indestructible, destroying them when preparing their meals. The most important nutrients in meals are proteins, then potassium, then healthy fats and micronutrients.


You can go to a very expensive restaurant in Hamburg and find only very low nutritious foods with very expensive prices, like spaghetti with tomato sauce and cheese. People who eat like that have zero idea of what their body needs. There is not potassium in that meal, no healthy fats, a few proteins and micronutrients. For going to the cinema you need money, but with pennies you cannot go in; it is the same situation.


Even eating only 200 grams of different nuts is much more nutritious and cheaper. Compared to a typical restaurant serving of spaghetti with tomato sauce and cheese, 200 grams of mixed nuts(almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts) provide about twice as much protein, around 1.5 times more potassium, 6 to 7 times more healthy fats, and significantly higher micronutrient density.


Most people eat only to stop hunger, and the body asks for nutrients mainly when hunger. Even mainstream doctors have zero idea about what nutrients humans need. I know it because have been in many gatherings with them.

The second most important macronutrient in meals is Potassium because our bodies are electrical. Everything around us functions with electricity and our bodies as well; the lack of essential nutrients causes deterioration, disease, and chronic conditions doctors try to control with medications while they can be easily healed with strategic nutrition.


Unfortunately, there is no supplement that can provide the amount of potassium our bodies need daily, which is about 4 grams; only foods, especially raw fruits and vegetables, can do that. If you go to drugstores in Germany, more than 90% of supplements provide no benefits.


They contain synthetic vitamins and minerals made in labs that the body does not assimilate because they were not extracted from foods, such as magnesium oxide, which the body absorbs less than 8%. That is almost nothing!


I have seen powerful anti-aging extracts such as ashwagandha and curcumin from the brand Rossmann, with maltodextrin. There is zero reason maltodextrin should be in a capsule; at least the company wants the product to provide zero powerful benefits to people.


If you have diabetes, obesity, or chronic conditions, the number one ingredient to avoid is maltodextrin. It causes an insulin spike that obstructs nutrient assimilation, unbalances hormones, supports weight gain, and delays the activation of rejuvenating processes.


For rejuvenation, I recommend strategic nutrition, which involves specific strategies.


One of them is consuming curcumin during fasting to boost the efficiency of the body’s repair systems. However, if you consume curcumin extract with maltodextrin, these healing and repairing processes are blocked because maltodextrin causes the body to release insulin, inhibiting these processes.


There is no reason why a supplement or any other product for human consumption should contain maltodextrin. Alarmingly, there is an increase in Germany of products containing this ingredient. It produces an insulin spike twice that of sugar, clearly showing (to real experts) that it is toxic to the body’s ecosystem. Promotes chronic conditions and premature aging.


Supplements like Omega-3 can be harmful if they are oxidized, causing deterioration, so people must be careful with these products from DM and Rossmann, but still there are a very few products that are beneficial, to be honest. But most of them are a waste of money.


A good place to buy supplements is Sunday.de, a company from Berlin. I do not have any affiliation with them, but all their products have the right dosages, organic ingredients extracted from foods, without toxic elements like GMOs or maltodextrin. It is one place where I order supplements often, and I have never seen a low quality product there.

I have many German friends who reduce the nutritional value of their meals by cooking ingredients like cauliflower, which is a very potent rejuvenating food—similar to broccoli—but only when eaten raw. Most nutrients in vegetables are destroyed during cooking, so the meal provides little real nutrition. Of course, some foods, like potatoes, mushrooms, and tomatoes, retain more nutrients when cooked, but people often ignore these strategies.


Most people do not provide their bodies with the materials needed for proper functioning.


For example, for reducing wrinkles, consuming hydrolised collagen and hyaluronic acid supplementation rejuvenates the skin, but this is not a remedy. The body decreases its production of collagen and hyaluronic acid as it gets older; as a result, the skin ages. So when you introduce these nutrients, the body has them again, and the skin rejuvenates.


This is what nutrients do, but many skin problems are the result of the decrease of many other nutrients, not only collagen and hyaluronic acid. Also, most of the products I mentioned before that destroy the body also deplete nutrients from the body, such as white bread, white rice, pasta, and others that even deplete zinc or magnesium, which are needed for the proper balance of 1,000 genes regulated by Vitamin D.


Without these nutrients, the body deteriorates, ages prematurely, and develops chronic conditions that can prevent independent living. So the solution is:


  • Activate the rejuvenating processes of the body

  • Implement Strategic Nutrition

  • Avoid the products that damage the body


A person who follows them is able to live their whole life in excellent condition, and even better if they practice exercise, movement, and other rejuvenating practices such as using often 90-degree saunas (which reduce the risk of any disease by 40%), cold showers, and infrared light therapy. I am also sharing a lifestyle that is friendly to your inner crew—a lot of living beings inside your body working for you. Your life, beauty, and longevity depend on taking care of them, yet most people treat them like trash, making them overwork by frequently consuming foods and introducing toxins like the 10 products already described.


Many people in Germany are vegan for the animals and still treat their own inner crew(cells, mitocondria and microbiome) like trash with excessive stress by overeating, through chemicals from cigarettes, foods and beverages like alcohol and other products.

Even secondhand smoke from cigarettes and shisha is prejudicial for those who inhale it, and in Germany many people expose nonsmokers, children, and even pregnant women to their pollution in the streets. I have been in trains completely filled with these toxins from smokers who smoke outside in front of the doors and then enter the train; as a result, everyone there is exposed to very toxic air during the whole trip.


This is not done with bad intentions but is a result of ignorance. Most people in Germany are indoctrinated and do not realize it. Many of them believe that smoking weed is unhealthy while tobacco is fine, even though smoking weed can be beneficial, and as a health expert, I recommend it. The human body even produces endocannabinoids—the same compounds found in marijuana even since we are children.


Unfortunately, Germany is not like Canada, where people smoke marijuana without mixing it with tobacco and generally do not smoke tobacco. In Canada, it is even forbidden to smoke cigarettes near doors, and smoking is only allowed in large open spaces like parks. Smoking cigarettes is not only the most harmful and deteriorating habit but also reduces cognitive function, making people less intelligent, to be brutally honest.


Also, eating too frequently is not healthy, and consuming low-nutrition foods daily is highly deteriorating. Most people eat very often because they feel hungry as a result of malnutrition. A person following a very nutritious diet can go without eating for more than 16 hours with no problem; only those who eat anything just to stop hunger feel hungry often because they are not providing the materials the body needs.


On the other hand, foods and beverages that disrupt hormones also increase hunger, because hunger is partly a signal controlled by hormones, and these products throw the entire hormonal system off balance. Most people living in Germany ignore this, and as a result, millions of people are suffering a nightmare today.


In Germany is normal to see old people unable to walk on their own.


I even have seen very heartbreaking scenes, like an old woman suffering pain just by entering her own car. Her body was completely destroyed. All this is caused by introducing trash into the body, by not providing the nutrients the body needs, and not activating the rejuvenating processes of the body, which are only very active when a person does not release insulin into the bloodstream for more than 14 hours.


That means no food or drinks with sweeteners for that time. Then the body switches from nutrient storing and body growth to repairing, healing, and rejuvenation.
