Introduction to Light Nutrition for Age Reversal and Longevity

A lot of health conditions are a result of an unhealthy spirit and light nutrient deficiencies. This is why a very high dose of vitamin D promotes healing in a lot of diseases that are actually just light nutrient deficiencies. Humans not only ignore how to preserve their bodies but also that the biggest part of the human body is invisible and requires nutrients as well.


This blog is all about age reversal and longevity, and the only path is through strategic nutrition. These are a series of strategies to maintain the body as it looks now for much longer and even rejuvenate it. For great results, it is important to know about the light body.


The uniqueness of Strategic Nutrition lies in its foundation on three main concepts:


  1. The human body is an ecosystem which living beings sustain our life, health and beauty.

  2. Beyond the physical form, each person has a "light body" — a subtle, rainbow-like energy field that also requires nourishment from light.

  3. Humans derive essential nutrients from both the Earth and the Sun, which play a critical role in their well-being.


These three concepts are essential for living longer and maintaining your actual body's appearance for decades. One of the most important nutrients for age reversal is vitamin D3, which controls the expression of over 1,000 genes. Light nutrient deficiencies lead to the deregulation of different genes, and it can result in conditions such as cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers.


UV light is a light nutrient that the skin uses to create a precursor of vitamin D from cholesterol. This precursor is then processed by the liver, which modifies its structure, and finally by the kidneys. The end result is calcitriol(vitamin D3 Activated), one of the most important hormones for the body. Other important light nutrient for age reversal is infrared light a tool the mitochondria needs for proper function and proliferation.



The Most Important Light Nutrients for Longevity


One of the best nutrients for longevity is vitamin D3, in a dose of more than 5,000 IU. This is equivalent to spending about 20 minutes in the sun with your whole body exposed, without sun protection. Higher amounts of vitamin D3 may help address various health conditions.


When we work to reverse our biological age, we need to accelerate body functions that have slowed down and aim to restore them to the levels of earlier years. Over time, these functions naturally decrease, leading to gradual deterioration. But experts have found that this decline often results from a reduction in essential nutrients produced by the body itself.


For example, longevity genes slow their activity due to a decrease in NAD+ levels. Most body functions reduction is due to the disminution of some nutrient and often those nutrients like collagen are produced by the cells. When their mitochondria population reduces, these cells produce collagen more slowly, and this reduction cause skin deterioration.


Taking care of the mitochondria is crucial for age reversal. There are thousands of them inside each cell, and their population diminishes over decades, resulting in fatigue and overall deterioration. Mitochondria generate both the energy you feel and the energy of your cells, playing a critical role in how fast you heal and rejuvenates.


For example, skin that renews completely every 2-3 weeks in teenagers can take 4-6 weeks or even longer to renew for those over 40. This decline in cellular performance is a result of slower mitochondrial function. When mitochondria produce less energy or their numbers decrease, all body functions slow down, and various body parts begin to deteriorate(age).


It is observed that exposing cells to infrared light increases the energy generated by mitochondria and expands their populations, showing us that infrared light is a nutrient our mitochondria need. Takin care of them is strategic for youth, health, beauty, and longevity.

UV light and infrared light are specific wavelengths of light that have been shown to act as nutrients our bodies need from the sun. The lack of UV light can deregulate many genes, leading to exaggerated inflammation, autoimmune disorders, and significant changes in body shape. It’s not a joke when I say that strategic nutrition improves one’s appearance.


Your beauty, health, and longevity are closely tied to the health and abundance of your mitochondria. They are like living beings within your cells that need care and nourishment. Infrared light therapy is the best way to supply them with this powerful nutrient, which triggers many beneficial reactions throughout the body, helping it function at its best.

When people consume these animals, they ingest these nutrients.


This is a nutritious meal. Even David Sinclair always recommends consuming nutrients from wild sources. He is vegetarian, like me. So the first step for having a strategic nutrition is picking up the right sources of nutrients. And the best source of light nutrients comes from eating raw fruits and vegetables that grow in natural environments. Foods from indoor farms that do not receive sunlight are much less light-nutritious.


After selecting the most nutritious foods, it is important to maintain as many nutrients as possible. Cooking not only destroys vitamins, enzymes, and essential nutrients, but also diminishes light nutrients. So, the best source of light nutrients are raw fruits and vegetables that grow in the wild or at least have received sunlight.


Cooking or steaming vegetables reduces their light nutrients, as observed through Kirlian photography, and meat has almost no light anymore. This is why the best food for your microbiota is fruits and vegetables, because they need light as every living organims including your cells and mitochondria, which are a type of living beings inside the cells.


Everything alive requires light nutrients for proper function and long-term sustainability. Every cell of your body, your immune system, the microbiota, and yourself need light nutrients from the sun. Many health conditions result from light nutrient deficiencies due to the ignorance of this topic and they can be improved by the right nutrition and some time.


When the light body is not shiny, emotional issues arise. Which some doctors consider mental problems are conditions often linked to low populations of essential microorganisms in our bodies, which produce the neurotransmitters that support emotional stability. This reduction is often result from a lack of light nutrients. Everyone knows that eating fruits and vegetables is healthy, but most people ignore that they should be eaten raw for the light.


Canned fruits and vegetables no longer contain light nutrients, and nutrients are reduced when you cook them. This is why many people find following a raw vegan lifestyle beneficial.


However, I do not recommend a vegan diet, as organic butter, honey, and eggs are crucial for proper nutrition, and you can live in perfect symbiosis with these animals. So, the best sources of light nutrients includes direct sun exposure without sun protection, at a time that is comfortable for you, to receive the light nutrients that are still ignored by most experts.


The second best source of light is eating raw fruits and vegetables that received the sun.


Every different fruit and vegetable contains different light spectrums, so the best approach is to consume a variety of them raw, as they are destroyed by heating.
